Takemehome.co.za is an accommodation price comparison platform that aggregates and displays pricing information from multiple third-party booking platforms. Our service helps users compare accommodation options worldwide.

Important: We do not sell accommodations directly. When you choose to book, you will be redirected to our partner platforms (such as SafariNow, Booking.com, Hotellook, or Viator) to complete your reservation. Your booking will be subject to that platform's terms and conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account or using our services
  • Use our platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Not use automated systems to access our platform without permission
  • Not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our services

3. Price Information

We strive to display accurate and up-to-date pricing information from our partner platforms. However:

  • Prices are subject to change and may differ from what is shown on the booking platform
  • Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the booking platform

We are not responsible for pricing discrepancies between our platform and the final booking price.

4. Affiliate Relationships

7. Disputes with Booking Partners

Any disputes regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, or accommodation quality must be resolved directly with the booking platform or property owner. Takemehome.co.za is not a party to your booking contract and cannot mediate these disputes.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
